Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to mainland France, French overseas territories, countries across Europe, and selected international destinations.

Shipping Timeframes

Some products may be available for pre-order. Where applicable, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page and may be longer than our standard dispatch times.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these estimated shipping timeframes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your DeepFoil every step of the way.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or has not been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nereisocean.com or via our contact form. We'll work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and local carrier services.

Nereïs Ocean is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, extreme weather, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or because it was not collected, any additional shipping costs for resending the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
