Of course! The DeepFoil Wood offers the same hydrodynamic performance as the original version. Its profile and geometry are identical; the only difference is its weight.

Is it as durable?

Don't worry, the choice of marine plywood makes it very strong and its teak oil coating fully protects it from water. Moreover, it is produced by a specialized company that is used to highly stressed parts!

Is it heavier?

The DeepFoil Wood is solid, making it a little heavier. But don't worry, it remains very maneuverable and buoyant.

Can I use it in the sea and in the pool?

Yes, the DeepFoil Wood can be used in marine environments for freediving, spearfishing and snorkeling, or in pools for training and leisure.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return your DeepFoil to us, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund.

This lightweight underwater wing is handheld and allows for smooth diving and ascent without ballast or motor, solely thanks to its hydrodynamic profile and the natural movement of the body.

A meaningful collaboration

NEREIS OCEAN is partnering with FLOW workshop to offer you a wooden DeepFoil with a high-end look that will look just as good underwater as it will in your living room.

FLOW supports nautical bases, among others, in adopting local and decarbonized practices by offering wooden alternatives to their usual equipment. Boats, rudders, daggerboards... they provide an eco-responsible alternative produced in their workshop in La Trinité-sur-Mer.

  • 🛡️ Maintenance and Security

    Avoid exposure to very high temperatures and direct sunlight. Protect your DeepFoil in the shade or under a light-colored towel, and avoid leaving it on a car dashboard in direct sunlight.

    The DeepFoil is not a buoyancy device. Never venture into areas from which you cannot return unassisted. Never dive alone. Make sure to follow the applicable safety instructions and recommendations for any sea outing or dive. When diving, protect your ears and remember to regularly perform pressure equalization maneuvers, even at shallow depths. Not suitable for children.
