Its buoyancy and volume make it easy to catch waves, and a simple tilt of the wrists is all it takes to steer.
Thanks to its profile, the DeepFoil makes getting past the break simple and fluid: submerge yourself, fly beneath the wave, and return to the surface in an instant.
Operation
Hold it with both hands, build up a little speed using your swim fins before the wave arrives, and let yourself be carried. Once you're off, use your DeepFoil and your body to steer through the wave. And to head back to the peak, it couldn't be easier: simply tilt it toward the bottom to take advantage of its effect and glide effortlessly beneath the waves.

Maintenance & safety
Avoid exposure to high heat. Protect your DeepFoil from the sun, even behind glass.
The DeepFoil is not a buoyancy device. Never venture into areas where you cannot return on your own. Never use it alone. Ensure you follow the safety instructions and recommendations applicable to any sea outing.
When diving, protect your ears and remember to regularly perform pressure equalization maneuvers, even at shallow depths.
Practice in conditions suited to your skill level and avoid waves that are too powerful. Be particularly vigilant in shallow areas: a fall can lead to contact with the seabed.
Do not overestimate your abilities. When in doubt, let the wave pass and return to a safe area. In case of a current, do not fight against it. Gradually move away from the current area and ask for help if necessary.
Observe the sea before entering the water: wave size and power, currents, rip currents, rocks, and depth.
Do not stay underwater longer than necessary and ensure you have a sufficient air reserve.
Respect local conditions and regulations as well as the recommendations of lifeguards.

soit j'ai raté l'info sur le leech, soit elle est arrivée juste après mon achat, mais avec ce sera bcp mieux car sinon le foil dérive vite avec le vent et les vagues si tu le laches
Pistes d'amélioration continue : ajouter un leash pour éviter de perdre le Deepfoil dans une mer formée. Une fois lâché il peut remonter comme un bouchon et sauter plus loin. Permettra de libérer les mains au fond si besoin. Une housse de protection renforcée et de transport avec sangle d'épaule serait appréciable. La version bois est particulièrement adaptée pour le respect de l'environnement mais son prix reste élevé...à travailler ;)
Avoir une petite housse de transport et de protection ne serait pas mal, même avec un supplément.
